We take our staff selection seriously, accepting only those candidates best suited for our style of restaurant.  Regardless of the desired position, candidates should possess strong interpersonal skills.  Communication is the key to success at our company so an outgoing personality is vital.  All employees must be committed to the happiness of our guests.  We look for kind and caring individuals that are committed to providing an excellent dining experience.  The ideal candidate should be looking for long term employment and we appreciate and reward those with that level of commitment.  We prefer people that have a background in customer service and a candidate should be aware of the affect their personal appearance has on the customer.  Lastly, a candidate should have eaten in one of our restaurants so they aware of the type of experience one can expect.

Applications can be acquired at any of our locations.  They should be thoroughly filled out and given to a manager or bartender when complete.
